Today I have a guest Aaron Quinn with me. Aaron is an 18 veteran firefighter with the Oakland Fire Department. We discuss the roles and responsibilities of the senior firefighter and the informal leader. We also touch on how we can rekindle the passion for the job that may have been lost for some.
